However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return or refund your purchase. This is why we have created a return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and protect your rights as a consumer.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization number. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement item at no additional cost.

We are excited to offer our customers an eco-friendly shipping option by using Sendle compost bags for all our deliveries. These compostable bags are made from renewable resources (Corn starch (from corn not fit for consumption), PLA (Polylactide, which is made from waste corn too and other plants) and PBAT (Polybutyrate Adipate Terephthalate). and can be safely added to your home compost, worm farm or green waste bin. Our team carefully packs your orders in these bags to ensure that your items arrive safely and sustainably. Please note that our items are not toys and children should be supervised at all times while wearing them or using them. All small items may present a choking hazard so please always supervise your baby/child whilst wearing our items and keep away from fire.
